Office Organization
Is your office in disarray? Are important files hard to find? Take back control of your
surroundings and reduce the clutter and the stress that accompanies it. I help clients
develop organizational and work flow systems that fit individual and small corporate
needs, identities, and space.
First we determine the goal you want to achieve, then together we analyze your needs
and current filing and/or work flow systems. At this point we can determine what is
working for you and what is wasting your time. I then create a new system, and, with
your agreement and approval, set it up and train any employees, if applicable, in its
utilization. There will be more productive time in the office or more personal time in
your private life.
